About the Marketing Team
The Marketing Team is the engine that helps grow VSA’s client list, reputation, culture, portfolio and bottom line. It's a high-functioning, quick-thinking, tight-knit group of strategists and doers who move at the breakneck speed of new business to tell our story, solve problems and win pitches. About the Business Development Coordinator Role:
You’re the engine that keeps the business development team moving at peak speed and top efficiency. In a pitch situation, the little things become big things very quickly. We’ll rely on you to take care of them all: finding meeting rooms, owning the schedule, checking the equipment, taking notes, organizing travel and generally thinking of all the things that everyone else forgot about. You’ll also have oversight of all finance and reporting activities. You’re our operational and logistical mastermind.

You’ll also get to play a strategic support role on all pitch and proposal opportunities. For example, we’ll lean on you to help select and revise case studies. And we’ll likely ask you to research new leads and prospects, and distill that information into a deep dive overview you’ll share with the pitch lead team. So you get smart before the rest of us. Cool, right?

The best part about working in new business is that no two days are the same. Each pitch is unpredictable – and there’s no such thing as a typical day. If you’re good at anticipating problems, proactively finding solutions and rolling with punches, you’re perfect for this!


  • You’ve got real world experience in a fast-paced creative industry.
  • You know how to use Keynote and Microsoft Office programs. (And Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, iMovie and Final Cut are major pluses).
  • You’ve got a Bachelor degree — probably in your parents’ attic somewhere.
  • You're ready to roll up your sleeves and design beautiful solutions with some of the nicest, smartest, funnest people in the business.
